All around Israel and especially at places such as the border, the Holy City of Jerusalem, Bethlehem crossing and other important stops you will find young men and women barely over legal age garbed in military outfits carrying guns. You may assume they are friendly and try to chat, but avoid this at all costs because they are trained to take the security of their city seriously.
