THE PYRAMIDS OF GIZA IN EGYPT
One of the oldest tourist attractions and the last of the surviving members of the Seven Wonders of the world, these are major tourist attractions. They are three pyramids and each pyramid is a tomb to a different king of Egypt. The Pyramid of Giza contains both ascending and descending passages. It was built over a 20 year period by moving huge stones from a quarry and dragging and lifting them into place. It has compartments inside known as chambers and tourists enter the Great Pyramid via a tunnel and it would be one of the most spectacular place to visit.
